Position Summary:

Maintain the organization’s core values and mission while presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality, and customer service standards on a consistent basis.

Store Managers are the people who are in charge of reporting to you.

Principle Duties:

• Ensure client satisfaction by processing counter transactions quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
• With a warm smile, greets all clients and is extremely sensitive to their wants and requests.
• In a warm and kind manner, communicate clearly with each consumer.
• Assist with team service to guarantee that each customer is quickly serviced.
• Resolve consumer issues as soon as possible.
• Complete all work tasks to a high standard.
• Desserts and supplies should be wrapped and stocked.
• Place delicacies on display and keep an eye on the inventory of things for sale.
• Maintain a nice and tidy workstation and surrounding locations.

Physical demands and work environment:

• The position necessitates standing and walking for 3-5 hours without a break.
• Moderate to heavy lifting and carrying, as well as bending and reaching aloft, may be required on occasion.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60;00 – $40.00 per hour

Physical Setting:

• Bakery
• Restaurant with quick service and fast food

Schedule:

• Daytime shift
• Shift change in the evening
